Retreats are one of my favorites to Orchestrate. It's a time to self reflect but also to be pampered and meet other like minded people. The importance of creating a peaceful and relaxing experience is paramount to a successful retreat.

Understanding the objective and goals of the event is most important to the foundation of the planning. The next steps are creating the budget, agenda, timeline, discussing resources, event tools and the theme of the overall retreat.

I know it all seems a bit overwhelming but you are not alone. First breathe, book a session-no obligation-it's just a conversation.

Conferences 

Planning a conference can seem like a mountain that is to high to climb. Actually you are correct if you don't have a expert in this area.

I will manage and plan every detail of the conference including input on budgets.

The first step is to meet with clients to estimate attendance and determine the meeting's purpose. Logistics are an evolving step in the process and having a team master sheet is vital.

Whether it's for a charity, private company or public organization, I can assist and ensure the outcome you desire.

Brunches

Brunches, whether business or personal, is always a popular event. Food, champagne and desert coupled with networking, a hot topic or just meeting up with friends can be an amazing event if you have the right event manager orchestrating it.

If you choose to play games, ice breakers or a meet and greet over mimosas before the brunch initially starts, I will be there every step of the way or every change. I am equipped to adjust.

Some events are special which require special attention. l will help conceptualize event themes, prepare and manage event timelines, and generate media interest in ways that will make people interested in knowing more about your event.
